An Important Warning
The things not permissible in ihram if committed due to any compulsion or by absentmindedness, do not become a sin but the penalty prescribed for those has to be paid, though these could have happened during sleep or wantonly someone compelled to commit, or by oblivion, in all cases the penalty applies.  (Bahar-e-Shariyat, Volume 1 Part 6, Page 1083)
