After getting free from halaq or taqseer (shaving the     head or shortening the hair) the restriction of ihram comes         to an end.  but the proximity with the wife and her    anatomical details would be permissible only after the Tawaf-u-Ziarah      (Circumambulation of the visit)        (Bahar-e-Shariyat,   Volume 1, Part 6, Pages 1142, 1144)
